Over time, I’ll add free downloadable mindful resources here to assist with your progressing practice. The ‘Body Scan’ script can be used in conjunction with this blog post, or as a stand-alone practice. Many guided mindfulness meditations incorporate a body scan before moving on to other aspects.
The body scan script is a .pdf file that can be downloaded and printed if you wish. You could also record the script and then listen back. I’ll be recording an audio version and making that available as a free MP3 file in the near future.
