Mindfulness and meditation can reach all areas of your life and work. My specific focus is on dissolving stress through mindfulness because I know first-hand how damaging stress can be. Damaging to health, damaging to relationships and with a cumulative effect of being damaging to your entire sense of well-being.
Very soon I’ll be launching a free mini-course designed to be a vital part of your ability to dissolve your stress. Early in 2020 a full, 30-hour course follows, created to embed a mindfulness and meditation practice into your life.
I’m also writing guided meditations, and a book – both out in 2020 if all goes according to plan. Not much has gone according to plan this year, but that’s the past. Living moment-to-moment has become even more important.
For my news, musings, and random enthusiasms, read this blog, or my monthly newsletter. You could also join the Mindful Life Facebook page or follow on Twitter, Instagram, or Pinterest. If you’re more business orientated, I’m on LinkedIn too.
If you’re stressed, do something about it. A New Year resolution won’t be enough. Mindful support, and a daily mindfulness meditation practice, just might be.
